Ms Chiku Issa is a seasonal banker, with more than 30 yrs experience in banking sector, overseeing retail business, emerging corporate and corporate customers, She Is Currently working as Zonal Manager –Northern Zone for CRDB Bank PLC, she worked also as Branch Manager for Arusha Branch, where she championed growth of SME clients, agricultural value chain financing cooperative and access to women financing iniative.

Before Joining CRDB, she worked at Prime Minister’s office as Assistant Registrar of cooperatives for Dar es Salaam Region office where she championed growth cooperative movement in the region.

 

Ms. Issa has impacted positively youth and young women as a trainer and mentor in leadership with over 15 years.

She holds Master’s in Business Administration majoring in Business Management, Advance Diploma in Accountancy from Moshi University formerly known as Cooperative College. She has also attended various leadership training in executive management, leadership, retail banking, performance improvement and business transformation.

Ms. Chiku currently serves as the Member of the Board of Kilimanjaro Co-operative Bank Limited (KCBL).

 

She represents the CRDB Bank Board on the KCBL Board, where CRDB has a strategic interest.

 

She is also a Board Member of Mount Meru Hospital at Arusha, Visitation Secondary School and she has served on more than 10 Boards of different government and non-government organization for the past 15 years.
